Booking information

Tickets can be booked online from the Kenton website, by telephone or in person through the Box Office   

Please note there will be no admittance to any show after curtain up.

Payment and refunds

All tickets must be paid for at time of booking. Cheques are no longer accepted as a method of payment.  

Transaction charge -  There is a £2.50 transaction charge for credit & debit card payments on-line or by telephone and for credit cards only in person at the Box Office. There is no transaction charge for cash or debit cards in person at the box office. 

Postage - tickets can be posted and will attract a charge of £1.00.  If tickets are collected from the Box Office in person, please arrive at least 30 minutes before curtain up.

Cancellations made by the Theatre will be reimbursed or can be credited for another booking. Exchanges attract a £1 charge per ticket. Cancellations made by the purchaser are not refundable.

Restoration Levy: £1 will be added to each ticket for shows supporting the Kenton Restoration Fund. 

Concession Tickets 

When applicable, concession tickets are usually available to Senior Citizens, Students, Kenton Friends and Kenton Keepers.

A family ticket includes 2 adults and 2 children.

Concessions may be restricted to certain types and performances and can be withdrawn by management without notice. Only one concession can be applied at any one time and proof of status is required.


Group rates are available for parties of 10 people and more.  Group rates do not always apply to each price band or performance.  Call for further information.

Babes in Arms

Babes-in-Arms (children under 3 years old) are welcome for family specific performances but will require a free lap ticket which can be booked via the box office.


Children aged 3 to 15 years require their own seat and ticket which will be at full price unless a children's concession is available at the time of booking.  

Accompanying adults may be asked to remove children causing a disturbance.

Patrons are encouraged to bring child booster seats when visiting children's shows, however, buggies are discouraged due to limited foyer space. 

Medium/Therapist Clairvoyant

by attending this event you agree that you have sought the services provided of your own accord and understand that it is a holistic experiment and experience.  The medium/therapist/clairvoyant may give you information that could bring about a positive change in your life, but any changes that you make are your personal and legal responsibility.
