Booking information

Tickets can be booked in person, by telephone or requested by e-mail. 

The Box Office is open Monday - Friday 11am - 5pm, Saturday 11am - 1pm and 1 hour prior to each performance for that show only. Call 01491 575698

When making a booking request please provide a day-time telephone number in order to process payment.  For booking requests received where we are not handling ticket sales we will forward your request to the relevant person.

Payment and refunds

All tickets must be paid for at time of booking.

Handling charge - £1.50 for credit/debit card payments by telephone and for credit cards only at the Box Office in person. There is no handling charge for Kenton Friends.

Refunds/Exchanges are not given.

Concession Tickets 

When applicable, concession tickets are usually available to senior citizens, students and Kenton Friends.

Access for All  

Please advise the Box Office of any special requirements in advance of your visit. Facilities include wheelchair access, disabled cloakroom facilities and a loop for the hard of hearing.   

Theatre Tokens

Theatre tokens are available for purchase from the Box Office and make ideal gifts for Christmas, Birthdays or Anniversaries.
